disc flowers??
One definition is: "The small tubular flowers in the central part of a floral head. Example: Daisy." but there are some flowers which do not have petals like the daisy, and have only the center disc--in this case, many central discs.

Along the Grove of the Patriarchs trail I could catch a view of the calm Ohanapecosh River. I also discovered how out of shape I am.

I had intended to hike around Tipsoo Lake at the top of Chinook Pass when I went through there yesterday.
