Are those craters I see?

Peshastin Pinnacles

Stonehenge

No, we didn't visit the Salisbury Plain while we were in the UK. Though it was on our list, we had more fun visiting bloggers. This Stonehenge overlooks the Columbia River near Goldendale, Washington, and was built by Sam Hill as a memorial for soldiers from Klickitat County who perished in World War I.

showing off

Why is this springtime tree so autumn bronze?

...because it is a bronze statue.
This was part of the annual outdoor sculpture exhibit at Maryhill Museum four years ago.

I have not dropped off the face of the earth!

Though if you know me only from this blog, you might have thought so. It has been cold cold gray gray boring days here, which, I suppose, is better than digging out from ten times more snow than one is accustomed to. But snow is at least worthy of some pictures. I will try to dig back in time and find some file pictures to post and catch up with my 365 days--should be at 36 now instead of 29. Then I will make a point of getting out with the camera.
