Looking for America
There is something about county courthouses in small rural counties that says America as much as apple pie and Mom. When I stopped to take the picture, Simon and Garfunkel were singing that they had "come to look for America." When I mentioned that in my "I'm home safe" e-mail to the group I spent the weekend with, one of them responded "Simon and Garfunkel were playing in Dayton? How did we miss them?"

LOL about Simon and Garfield :-) Great courthouse! We have a lot of nice ones around here. I've been wanting to go downtown and take photos of several of the old buildings down there....really nice architecture....but somehow I always forget.
